Withdrawals and returns

Making a return is quick and easy!
Within 14 days of receiving your order you can make the return by writing an email to assistenzaclienti@forpen.it indicating your first and last name, order number and code of the item(s) you wish to return.
If you have chosen payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, please remember to also include your IBAN in the email to allow us to make the refund.
The data we ask you for are necessary to allow us to better manage your request.

Prepare the package and placeinside the receipt and the return form that was sent to you with your order, filled out in its entirety.

Make sure that the item(s) you want to return have their original tags, are intact in every part, and have not been used, only tried on.
For shoes and bags, please note that they must be returned in their original packaging (dust bags and boxes).
In the event that the returned item has any alterations, or is missing one or more parts, we reserve the right not to accept your return request.

You must then ship the return package at your own expense to the following address: Forpen Ltd., 3 November Street no. 50, 35020 Tombelle di Saonara (PD)

We will handle your return within 2 days of receiving your package.
This timing may vary during periods of sales, promotions or holidays.
The refund will be made via the payment method chosen at the time of purchase and will correspond to the value of the product(s) purchased.
To make a size or model change, please note that you will need to proceed with a new order, which you can place immediately or at a later date once you have received your refund.

If, on the other hand, you want to make a size or model change without requesting a refund, you can go to your nearest Forpen store.
Remember that you will in any case need to present the receipt that was sent to you with your order. Find out about all Forpen outlets here.
